Refund Policy

General Policy

All payments for subscriptions, devices (including Digital Shakti Combo Box and other ONUs), installation, and related services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 

Product Returns

Devices may be returned only if found to be defective upon delivery. In such cases, you must notify 
DESHwithin 7 days of receipt.
Returned equipment must remain in original, undamaged condition with all accessories and documentation included. 

Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation requests for ongoing subscriptions must be made before the next billing cycle. Services already rendered or billing cycles already commenced are non-refundable.
Advance payments, security deposits or installation fees are not refundable except in cases where 
DESH fails to provide the committed service due to its own fault. 

Refund Process

If eligible, approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original mode of payment. 
Refunds are subject to verification and deduction of any applicable administrative or logistic charges.
