Introduction

Welcome to DESH. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any part of our IPTV and broadband services,
including hardware such as the Digital Shakti Combo Box and other ONUs, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not
consent, please refrain from using our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe to our services
and make any transactions on the Website. 

Service Provision

DESH is a service delivery platform that distributes digital television (IPTV), broadband internet of its
partners. The internet and IPTV services are distributed to subscribers through last mile operators. DESH
provides associated hardware and software solutions. All products and services are provided subject to
availability and applicable regulatory requirements. 

User Obligations

1. You shall utilize the services solely for lawful purposes.
2. Any attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell our products and services without authorization
is strictly prohibited.
3.Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are liable for all activities occurring under their account.

Equipment Use

All hardware, including the Digital Shakti Combo Box and other ONUs, remains the property of DESH unless explicitly purchased and paid for in full by the customer. Users are required to maintain the hardware in good condition and return or procure its return upon service termination if the device is on rental or lease.

Billing and Payments

All charges for subscription, one-time, and installation fees must be paid as stipulated at the time of ordering. In case of payment default, DESH reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until outstanding dues are cleared.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to software, website design, trademarks, and audiovisual material, is
the exclusive property of DESH or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly
forbidden.

Modification of Terms

DESH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, effective upon posting on the Website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
